Functional requirements

• Set up a database that will contain all the services as well as all the users of the site. These services will be accessible to the user who can do research according to his need. These services will also be visible on a city map. The user will be able to get information such as the phone number of the service or its schedules. This will work like a directory.
• Create a forum space and group the most frequently asked questions in an F.A.Q.
• Have a threads of ads, these will be similar to the services map but will be added by users.
• Users have private messaging to communinate with other users or moderators.
• This site must have a rather simplistic interface, not too loaded to allow easier navigation. Navigation should also be intuitive.
• Have an interface for moderators so that they can easily modify the database without any notion of SQL.
• Allow moderators to remove content posted on the site.
